I like building useful things and figuring out how they should hold together.

A lot of my projects sit between web development, gameplay systems, and security-focused software. I care about how the pieces connect, not just how they look in screenshots.

How I got into this.

I got into building software through the same thing that still motivates me now: I like making systems feel understandable. That started with gameplay scripting and experimentation, then expanded into modern web apps, Discord tooling, privacy-focused desktop tools, and infrastructure-minded problem solving.

The common thread is integration work. Roblox mechanics, Next.js product surfaces, Discord dashboard sync, and secure file handling all fail in the handoffs if the edges are not planned.

The projects I like best feel polished because errors, edge cases, deployment, and maintenance were considered early.

Work I have done so far.

Freelance Developer

Elmhurst, Illinois

Scripter & Systems Engineer, Spring 2023 to Present

  • Built gameplay systems, reusable modules, and custom Luau solutions for Roblox developers across multiple genres.
  • Helped standardize mechanics and shorten implementation time by turning one-off logic into reusable systems.
  • Contributed integration work for The Survivors, improving stability between independently built mechanics.

The kinds of projects I keep coming back to.

Windows security tools

FileLocker is a shipped WinUI 3 / WebView2 app for local file protection and guided maintenance workflows.

Web security scanners

Sentinel Tools packages URL, repository, and file checks behind one hub with visible score deductions.

Roblox gameplay work

My strongest Roblox work has been integrating team-built scripts and UI into playable builds.

Privacy and deployment experiments

I keep smaller builds around when they teach a specific constraint, like real-time overlays or deployment configuration.

Tools and habits I bring into projects.

Desktop and security

  • C#
  • WinUI 3
  • WebView2
  • AEAD file formats
  • Inno Setup

Web and deployment

  • Next.js
  • TypeScript
  • Cloudflare Workers
  • Tailwind CSS

Games and automation

  • Luau
  • Roblox Studio
  • Python
  • Discord bots

How I like to work

  • I like turning vague goals into a concrete scope with a clear first ship.
  • I prefer modular systems that are easy to extend instead of clever one-off implementations.
  • I care about communication, handoffs, and documentation because good engineering is collaborative.
  • I try to balance ambition with practicality so the result is both interesting and maintainable.
